All of it is 3:1 with a glue lining, so a 2 in tube closes down to about 2/3 in and seals as it goes.
What it will not do
- Short sticks, so a long sleeve needs a roll.
- A large tube needs a heat gun. A lighter scorches it before it shrinks.
